Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by bd33e

bd33e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, detection of prohibited conduct, or a regulatory or legal requirement to do so. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

12.2 Termination by Player

Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you provided all withdrawal conditions have been met.
